B. Promotion and Marketing of the Summit
•  Selling Summit Tickets
We will use volunteers (or companies) to sell them and provide 15% commission.

•  $199 special for one week.
An Excellent idea from JI: Get volunteers to call few people to offer extra special offer available for a short period (one week) with a special promotion code (e.g. $195 not available in the brochure or website). We can still provide these volunteers with 15% but going towards purchasing of their ticket. We should

Similarly offer $195 special to paid-up members for two weeks. If they are not members then they can become member by paying additional $100 membership fee.

•  SIP Tenth Anniversary
Promotional Idea from TI: We should start promoting 2007 tenth anniversary of SIP now, and show case the logo on SIP and others websites and brochures.

•  Three levels of sponsorship: $750, $1000 and $1500 (see the brochure).

•  Promote to associations, as part of SIP Alliance program (see brochure)

•  Recruit volunteers/students to market on commission basis.

•  Media Blitz to plan.

•  SEM Show (April 25-26)
•  VOIP Show (April 4-5)
