Obtain QA seal of approval for Usability, Navigation, Links & Functionality

Enhance your web site image by putting it through SIP's Website Quality Certification. Society of Internet Professionals will examine various aspects of your web site and will provide you with a detailed report and SIP QA rating between 1 to 5 stars (one being poor to five being best). On passing the Website Quality Certification by getting three or more stars, you will be awarded a SIP Website Quality Certification plaque, which you will be able to display on your premises, on your site and on your stationery.

Areas of QA Testing

1: General Information and Statistics

Domain and contact information, list of similar sites, traffic (hits on pages) and its ranking with major sites, speed of transfer of pages, usefulness, third party security certifications, site reviews, etc.

2: Web Design

Ease of use, Cross browsers capable, File Organization, Quality of navigation, HTML code structure, Spelling, grammar of content, Accessibility of information, Web site structure, Consistently of design across site, Quality of overall design, Support, etc

3: Link Details

Internal broken links, External link errors, Inbound links to orphaned URLs, List of links from other sites to this one, Links from other sites to this one with errors.

4: Functionality

The site interactivity and functionality will also be examined to verify that it does what it supposed to do. There are two aspects for such assessment: one is interactivity with users of the site and another is spontaneous feeding of the data to the business (web site owner) and back to the user.

Analyse your web-site for compliance to search engine rules

Failure to follow the rules for site design can lower your ranking with major search engines. SIP can analyse your web site so that you can tune your site for optimised indexing. The report will recommend changes for optimal rankings; provide all necessary keywords and Meta tags.

Submit your web-site to major search engines and directories

To let the world learn about your site, SIP will submit your URL to the major search engines and directories. We use manual submission process as opposed to mindless blasting by automatic submission.

"Web Site is down" Message Service

We will notify you by email, within an hour if your site is down, so you know about it before your customer does.

Periodic Performance Services

Performance reports will be emailed at pre-determined intervals for broken links (internal and external), down time, re-submissions to search engines.

The fee charged for these services will be proportional to the size of the web site and extent of services required.
