Detective
Sergeant Doug Cousens, has been a member of The Ontario
Provincial Police since 1983. Prior to that he was a member
of the Metropolitan Toronto Police Force for 2 years. He served
his initial posting at Shelburne Detachment and was then transferred
to The Auto Theft Section in 1995. In 2003 Doug was promoted
to the rank of Detective Sergeant and transferred to the Forgery

Fazila Nuraniis

Gary
O'Brien , Joined the Ontario
Provincial Police in July 1993, seconded into
the Anti-Rackets Section of the Investigation Bureau in
2002 working for the Greater Toronto Economic Crime Team
in Mississauga on Project ORCA , the Ontario
Realty Corporation case involving forgery, secret commissions
and frauds. Gary was transferred to the Consumer Fraud and
Identity Theft Investigation Team. Currently seconded to
the Document Theft and Forgery Team investigating a fraudulent
scheme against the major Financial Institutions in the Greater
Toronto Area.
