To get started making phone calls using Vonage ® , all that's needed is a high speed Internet connection and a phone adapter. Customers simply connect their phone adapter to their high-speed Internet connection and any touchtone telephone. Once connected they simply pick up the phone and start making and receiving calls. With phone quality similar to traditional phone service, the only real difference will be in the savings every month.

Customers can keep their existing phone number, configure their existing phone jacks to access Vonage ® phone service throughout their entire home, and utilize advanced features like voicemail, caller ID, call waiting, call forwarding for no additional cost. Additionally, Vonage ® phone service comes with features most other phone services don't offer. Because your phone number lives in your adapter, you can easily take the adapter anywhere in the world where you have access to a high speed connection and make and receive calls just as if you're back home, with no extra long distance charges.

With Vonage ® , customers can have their voicemails emailed to a predetermined email address or have a phone call ring simultaneously to a list of preprogrammed phone numbers to prevent the customer from missing a call.
